Victims of Comics
Wordless four-panel comic about a leafy tree and a conifer through the seasons. 1: Summer, she gazes at the conifer, who smiles with his eyes shut. 2: Autumn, she turns gold and sheds leaves, looking sad. 3: Winter, a grey field of bare trees with her bare tree beside the one small evergreen. 4: Spring, she is back in pink blossom, both smiling, hearts rising between them.

Four-panel comic: a blossom tree and a conifer through spring, summer, autumn and winter. In autumn a speech box reads "You'll find someone else." In winter only the small evergreen is still green.
My first rework of this Shakespearean tragedy ended on a trademark devastating final panel. I tried to leave it ambiguous, thinking everyone understood seasons, but apparently not.
